This Blog was inspired by the constant need to be at least two stones lighter. I have battled with weight for a lot of years now and I have tried (like many women) just about every fashionable diet on the market.the results were good at the time but the weight would go on tenfold afterwards.


Dieting

Dieting doesn’t work. Watching what you put into your mouth does. Never has there been such a time like the present to bring home to people that it is a sensible eating plan for life is the way to go.

So many health issues are linked to obesity and proper nutrition goes a long way to remedy that. Include a diverse diet containing carbohydrates, protein and fats (yes we do need some fats) vitamins and minerals

I have included feeds from health sites as help and awareness.
