There are countless diets and dietary aids on the market it is big business. And sometimes the information around is biased. So I am going to attempt to give you facts so you can make an informed choice. I have no particular favourite, I am a great believer in you are what you eat. Stop putting the excess food in your mouth then the weight will not increase. But being a realist, it is easier said than done to stop eating the junk and food presented to us at the supermarket, drugstore, and candy shop.
