What is the South Beach Diet

Dr Arthur Agatston, a Florida based cardiologist, developed the South Beach Diet several years ago for his overweight heart patients and achieved excellent weight loss results

The South Beach Diet promotes a lifestyle that allows you to choose the right carbohydrates, fats and proteins, eat normal sized portions, become healthier and lose weight in the process.

He says that following the program will help you to lose weight and make you healthier.

To follow the 3-Phase plan, you use food lists that tell you which foods to avoid and which to include into your meals. You can create your own menu using foods from these lists offering a greater flexibility for individual tastes.

We’ve got many diets and food diaries, dieting information and weight loss tools. Beware of Fad Diets that tell you to eat only one category of food.

Stick to a healthy diet and some exercise and your bound to see a difference. If you want to lose weight, EXERCISE. Simple daily exercise help to keep slimming body , and good thighs and hips lines. Aim for 2 lbs a week and do lots of exercise reduce sugar and refined carbs. We will also suggest an exercise video that is suitable for your current level of fitness.
