If you work from home or seems to have too much time at home after work, you may start to worry that you won’t be getting enough exercise. There are still plenty of normal jobs you can do around the house and still count them as a calorie burning activity.Keep in mind, we’re not talking about exercising in the house, per se. Rather, we’re talking about normal chores that will probably need to be done anyway - chores that can also double as calorie-burning exercises. Here are just a few ideas.

Exercise for some is a daily grind and a chore that if it can be avoided it will be, any excuse eh?
if you are motivated to get in shape, but at the same time hate working out why not figure out ways to enjoy working out more so that you could stick with it instead of quitting after several weeks.
Most people that keep giving up on exercise are often the ones that don’t enjoy it. not just your typical weight lifting and cardio routines. You really do need to find forms of exercise you enjoy and that are fun for you if you’re really going to stick with them for the long term.
