If your like me, then it doesn’t take much to you to gain weight. My weight seems to go up and down like a yo-yo.  Then, like me you may want to find the best way to lose weight.

Now, everyone knows how to lose weight. You eat less and move more. But how much and what do you eat? That is the question.
